The program uses accelerated learning, advanced facilitation and achievement coaching techniques.

In this program you will:

• Be equipped with a range of tools and techniques to use in your coaching and leadership;
• Receive feedback on your personal style and competence in applying coaching skills;
• Recognize that the style that got you to where you are today may not take you to your desired destination;
• Focus on things that will really make a difference to you and your organization;
• Create a personal action plan to continue your journey of personal and organizational change;
• Identify an action plan for using coaching in your work and life.

Guest Advisor Program

Dates & Advisor Schedule: 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Note: The Program will not run in June, July, August or the last week of December.

The Guest Advisor Program:

• Is confidential, one-on-one consultation over the phone or in person.
• Is provided without obligation, free of charge.
• Is an introduction to a variety of business services available to you within the community.
• Is an opportunity to discuss your business situation with a professional in a neutral location.

All consultations are a minimum of 20 minutes long. Your session with the Advisor can take place in person, or via telephone.
There is no charge for these consultations, but space is limited.
